Unfortunately, no.
Based on SECA's technical documentation, patients with implanted electrical devices, such as pacemakers or active prostheses, should not be measured with the SECA Medical Body Composition Analyzer (mBCA).
Depends. It must compliment the reason for your visit. For example, it can be grouped with a visit for weight loss lifestyle coaching. Cannot be bundled with a visit for knee pain, yearly physical, etc. You can call our office to find out if your next visit will compliment a scan.
